- No. It works with QuickBooks Online: jobs become sub-customers, receipts and invoices sync across.
Can my subs and clients use it?
- Yes, in their own portals. Subs see their work, their plans and their checklists. Clients see their proposal, their contract and the selections you ask them for. Neither sees your costs.
Do I have to learn a takeoff program?
- No. Upload your plan set and it reads what's written on the sheets — scale, dimensions, keynotes — and proposes scope lines you approve.
What about my existing data?
- Bring your clients, subs and cost codes with you. We'll help with the import during onboarding.
Is my data mine?
- Yes. Export it whenever you want, including if you leave.
