Built on the jobsite, not in a boardroom.

DesignBuild OS was built by Mike Jeske, who runs a design-build remodeling company in Portland, Oregon. It started as the system his own company needed: one place for leads, plans, budgets, subs and money, instead of seven apps and a pile of spreadsheets.

Everything in it exists because a real job demanded it. If something is confusing, it's a bug. If it takes two clicks when one would do, that's a bug too.
